01What we collect

In short: only what’s needed to get a bag to your door — name, address, email, and order details.

Order information — your name, shipping address, email, and what you purchased
Payment — handled entirely by our payment providers; we never see or store your card number
Basic analytics — anonymous data about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type)

02How we use it

In short: to ship your order, answer your emails, and improve the store. That’s it.

03What we never do

In short: we don’t sell your data. Ever. To anyone.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with the services required to run the store: our payment processors, shipping carriers, and website hosting (Google Firebase).

04Cookies & tracking

In short: we use cookies for site function and Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement. Your browser can block them.

The site uses essential cookies to work correctly, and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising reaches the right people. You can limit tracking through your browser settings or Meta’s ad preferences at any time.

05Your rights

In short: ask us what we have, ask us to delete it — we’ll do it.

Email support@breebroo.com to request a copy of your personal data or its deletion. We respond within 30 days. Residents of California (CCPA) and the EU/UK (GDPR) have additional statutory rights, which we honor for all customers regardless of location.

06Data security & retention

Order data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes, then delete them.
