There are no shipping fees, no minimum order, and no surprise charges from us at checkout. What you see on the product page is what you pay.

In short: orders ship within 1–2 business days; typical delivery is 25–35 days worldwide, fully tracked.

03Tracking
In short: tracking link arrives by email as soon as your order ships. Track it door to door.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 25 days, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier — you never have to chase a parcel alone.
04Customs & duties
In short: most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay. If your country charges import duty, that fee is set by your government, not by us.
Import duties and taxes, if any, are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Most orders arrive without extra charges, but please check your local import rules.
05Lost or damaged in transit
In short: if the carrier loses or damages your parcel, we reship or refund in full. Our risk, not yours.
